AI-assisted contract negotiation for procurement and Legal teams
Close supplier contracts faster, with Legal involved only when needed
Your playbook decides who settles each clause. Buyers close what it allows on their own; Legal decides the rest, and nothing else waits for it.
The guided demo takes about five minutes. No sign‑up, nothing to upload.
The deal no longer waits for Legal
| For | Today | With Contract Suite |
|---|---|---|
| Buyers | Every clause the supplier changes waits in Legal's queue, and the deal waits with it. | Buyers settle every clause your playbook allows, on their own, with wording Legal approved. |
| Legal | Legal reads each supplier contract from the first line to the last. | Legal sees only the clauses outside your playbook, and approves the deal from a one-page brief. |
| The record |
One contract, four versions, three inboxes, and no single record of who agreed what.
|
Every hand-off on one record, from the first counter to Legal's approval.

Before signature
1 Legal sets the rules once
For each topic of a contract type, Legal sets the target, the fallbacks it can still accept and what it can't, once. Every clause of a contract you review is then measured against it.
2 Buyers negotiate on their own
When a clause falls within the playbook, the buyer settles it: one click puts in the approved wording, and the supplier's answer comes back to the same card, whether it comes from the portal, a Word file with tracked changes or an Excel worksheet.
3 Legal sees only the exceptions
Each clause is checked against your own template and playbook, not a generic checklist. Those outside it come to Legal with the buyer's question on the clause itself.
Compliance built into every negotiation
- No clause outside your playbook is accepted without Legal, and Legal approves the final deal before it goes for signature.
- Every decision is on the record, with who took it and when.
After signature
Every obligation has an owner
The AI proposes them from the signed contract, each with an owner, and a due date where the contract sets one.
The supplier marks its own as done, and you confirm.
No renewal slips by
Once signed, every contract's notice date and renegotiation window sit on one timeline, with alerts before each deadline.
Ask about any contract
Find a contract by its name, supplier or the words inside its documents, and ask questions in plain language. Answers link to the contracts and clauses they come from.
Learn from every negotiation and contract
- See how each clause was actually negotiated across your contracts, and which signed contracts still carry wording you have since changed, so you know which ones to re-paper.
- See how long negotiations take to reach Legal's sign-off, which issues come back most often, and what is still waiting for Legal.

Questions before a demo
Does the AI settle anything on its own?
No. It reviews each clause against your template and playbook and proposes wording; it never accepts, settles or signs. People decide, within the rules of your playbook, and Legal approves what is Legal's.
Does it work for our customer contracts?
Yes. Your sales team negotiates customer contracts the same way, with its own templates and playbook, then follows their obligations and renewals on the same timeline.
Which contracts does it handle?
Any supplier contract you negotiate. You set up each contract type, such as SaaS, supply, services or NDAs, with its own template and playbook.
How do suppliers answer?
In a portal you invite them to, where they see your proposals and where every other clause of their contract stands, never your playbook or internal notes. They can also send back the Word file with tracked changes, or email the Excel worksheet, which is imported automatically. Every answer lands on the same clause card.
Which languages does it speak?
The app works in English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese, and each user picks their own.
Does it work with our systems?
E-signature through DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign or Yousign with your account. We can also connect it to your ERP for suppliers and contracts.
Where is our data kept?
Contract records, documents and backups are stored in the European Union. The AI features send the text each task needs to Anthropic's API. Security and data
Is our data used to train the AI?
No. Your contracts and documents are never used to train AI models and never shared with anyone for their own purposes. The AI features send only the text each task needs to Anthropic's API, which does not train on it.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Your contracts and documents are yours. When you stop, we hand them back to you and delete them from the service.
